Chinese Deputy Consul General to San Francisco Ren Faqiang visits Oregon State

From November 16 to 18, 2015, Chinese Deputy Consul General to San Francisco Mr. Ren Faqiang paid a working visit to Portland and Salem, Oregon State. During his visit, Ren respectively met with Senate President Mr. Courtney, Speaker of the House Ms. Kotek, Jobs and Economy Policy Advisor to the Oregon Governor Mr. Porter, Vice President of the Oregon Tourism Commission Ms. O'Neill, Director of International Relations of the City of Portland Mr. Miramontes, Executive Director of Port of Portland Mr. Wyatt, had discussion with Editorial and Commentary editors of "the Oregonian", attended 2015 Meeting of the Oregon China Sister State Committee as well as made brief remarks, exchanging views on deepening cooperation in trade, investment, culture and tourism etc. between China and Oregon.
