Sam Adams, Mayor of Portland, Mr. Robert Fraser, President of Portland-Suzhou Sister City Association (PSSCA)and Mr. Gao Zhigang, Head of Suzhou delegation and Chairman of Suzhou Federation of Philosophy and Social Sciences also made remarks and expressed their support and commitment to Suzhou-Portland sister cities relationship. About 100 people from Portland and Suzhou attended this event.
