Consul General Gao Zhansheng Meet with Politicians of State of Washington

From December 18 to 20, Chinese Consul General Gao Zhansheng met respectively with Congressman-elect Derek Kilmer, Lieutenant Governor Brad Owen, Secretary of State Sam Reed and Secretary of State-elect Kim Wyman in Olympia and Seattle. Consul General Gao briefed on the 18th CPC National Congress, China's economic outlook and cooperation between China and the state of Washington. The two sides also had in-depth exchange of views on China-U.S. relations, further strengthening cooperation between Chinese provinces and U.S. states, expanding economic cooperation and trade and people-to-people exchange as well as other issues of common interests. Both sides agreed to further deepen friendship and mutually-beneficial cooperation with joint efforts.
