On November 18, 2009, Chinese State Councilor Dai Bingguo had a working breakfast with U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. The two exchanged views on the implementation of the important consensus reached between Chinese President Hu Jintao and U.S. President Barack Obama during their meeting in Beijing. They also exchanged ideas on pushing forward Sino-U.S. relations and other major issues of common concern.
