At the invitation of South African President Mbeki, Vice Foreign Minister Wang Yi, Special Representative of President Hu Jintao, will attend the open debate of the UNSC to in the UN headquarter in New York on April 16. The debate will mainly focus on the cooperation between the UN and regional organizations, especially the African Union.
