Consul General Peng Keyu attended the reception hosted by Oakland city council member Jean Quan for the exhibition of  Dragon Skies: Astronomy of Imperial China on February 25, 2004.

CG Peng met Oakland Mayor Jerry Brown and Vice Mayor Henry Chang at the event.
