Consul General Luo Linquan attends Air China Shanghai-San Jose Inaugural Flight Ceremony

On September 1, 2016, Consul General Luo Linquan attended Air China Shanghai-San Jose Inaugural Flight Ceremony held in San Jose. In his remarks, Luo said that “According to the initiative launched by the leaders of our two countries, 2016 is ‘China-US tourism year’. It is estimated that tourists between China and U.S. will exceed 5 million this year. More than 13 thousand people are flying across the Pacific each day. More than 50 nonstop flights are flying between China and US.The new nonstop flight service between Shanghai and San Jose will be a more convenient and efficient air bridge, which will connect the two sides more closely especially in technology and innovation cooperation.”

Consul General Luo expressed congratulations  to Air China for the new flight service

Luo congratulated on the first flight and wished Air China a great success in the future!

Also present at the ceremony was Deputy Consul General Deng Fanhua and Economic and Commercial Counsellor Yang Yihang.
